Become A PMF

2015 Application

The PMF Class of 2015 application was held October 1-15, 2014.

Applicants will need to submit a resume, transcript, and supporting documentation for requesting reasonable accommodations, claiming Veterans' Preference, and/or Native American (Indian) Preference.  See the Application Process webpage for additional information.

When the application opens, applicants will be prompted to create an on-line account and will be issued an Applicant Identification Number (ID#). When creating your applicant account, please be sure to use an accessible email address, remember your Applicant ID# and secret question/answer. If you are locked out of your account, you will need to remember the answer to your secret question. Those with existing accounts will need to login using their Applicant ID# or the email address they used upon creating the account. Many applicants create an account with their school email address and try to login via their personal email address. Please use your Applicant ID# for logging into the system and referencing it when corresponding with the PMF Program Office.

Applicants are encouraged to consult the Become A PMF and FAQs sections of the website for general information, and the Assessment Preparation Guide for details about the assessment process.
