Other Online Tools

Agency PMF Coordinators have access to a number of additional on-line tools:

  • Update Coordinator Profilelock icon: This on-line system enables Agency PMF Coordinators to update their profile and contact information.
  • Add PPS Userslock icon: This on-line system enables Agency PMF Coordinators to grant access to the Projected Positions System (PPS) for their agency personnel.
  • Add Resume Users lock icon : This on-line system enables Agency PMF Coordinators to grant access to agency personnel needing to search and view Finalists' on-line resumes.
  • Agency System for Automated Processing (ASAP) lock icon :This on-line system is used by Agency PMF Coordinators to submit Finalist's appointments, update Fellow's appointment information, and submit Fellow's ERB Certification/Conversion.
  • Financial Forms: Financial forms are located on the Agencies\Resources webpage.
  • Agency Reportslock icon: This on-line system enables Agency PMF Coordinators to view various reports.

NOTE:  Adding an Agency User to both systems (Search Resumes and PPS) will not generate two separate accounts. The Agency User would use the same User ID and Password for both systems.
