Hiring a Presidential Management Fellow Fact SheetAdobe Acrobat Version [47 KB]: This fact sheet is intended for PMF Program supervisors and hiring officials to explain the hiring process and the various stages of a typical fellowship.

The Agency System for Automated Processing (ASAP) lock icon: This on-line system is used by Agency PMF Coordinators to submit Finalist's appointments, update Fellow's appointment information, and submit Fellow's ERB Certification/Conversion. Login Required.

OPM Form 1616, Interagency Agreement for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011)

As of 2011, this OPM form is used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form.

PMFCC Form, Charge Card Form for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011)

As of 2011, this OPM form is used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via a government charge card (e.g., Visa or MasterCard). This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Agencies can also utilize the OPM Form 1616, for electronic transfers, referenced above. Note there is a $150 service fee per Fellow for using charge card payment.

OPM Form 1302, PMF Individual Development Plan (IDP) As of July 2010, this is an optional form that Fellows may use as their IDP.  Fellows should work with their supervisors to complete the IDP.  When using an Agency specific IDP, this form may be used as a guide to help complete the IDP. Sample PMF Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) As of August 2010, this is a sample PMF MOU to be used when performing a rotation or developmental assignment at an agency other than a Fellows employing agency. This form should be tailored to meet the needs of the specific assignment. PMFs should consult with their supervisor and/or Agency PMF Coordinator for assistance.  This is an Adobe (.pdf) file.
