PMF Guide for Agencies The PMF Guide for Agencies provides information on the roles and responsibilities of the PMF Program Office, Agency PMF Coordinators, PMFs and their supervisors. It also provides program policy and procedural guidance to help agencies administer their PMF Program. PMF Program: Meeting Your Agency's Succession Planning Needs Brochure

PMF TAS User Guide for Agencies

The PMF Talent Acquisition System (TAS) User Guide for Agencies provides step-by-step instructions on use of the integrated IT system. The Guide describes how registered agencies create accounts and the roles and responsibilities of the various users. Agencies use the PMF TAS to search and appoint Finalists to Fellow positions; post appointment, rotational, and training opportunities; and manage the Fellow's record. PMF Instructions and Checklist for FMS Form 7600A/B Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements

FMS Form 7600A General Terms and Conditions (GT&C), Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011-2015)

This FMS form is used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). The 7600A is the mandatory partnership section of the IAA and must be completed and on file before the 7600B can be executed. This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Adobe Acrobat Version [125 KB]

FMS Form 7600B Order Requirements and Funding Information, Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011-2015)

This FMS form is used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). The 7600B is the funding section of the IAA that creates the fiscal obligation. This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Adobe Acrobat Version [644 KB]
OPM Form 1301, PMF Participant Agreement

As of August 2013, this is an optional form for the PMF Participant Agreement. Appointing agencies may customize to fit their program requirements.

OPM Form 1302, PMF Individual Development Plan (IDP) As of July 2010, this is an optional form that Fellows may use as their IDP.  Fellows should work with their supervisors to complete the IDP.  When using an Agency specific IDP, this form may be used as a guide to help complete the IDP. OPM Form 1303, PMF Executive Resources Board (ERB) Certification Form This is a form that agencies can use for their Executive Resources Board (ERB) Certification. Adobe Acrobat Version [93 KB]
OPM Form 1305, PMF Appointment Eligibility Extension Request Form As of October 2014, this is an OPM form for Federal Agencies to formally request an extension to a Finalist's appointment eligibility upon a Finalist accepting a PMF appointment but cannot onboard as a PMF by the appointment eligibility deadline. Sample PMF Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) As of August 2010, this is a sample PMF MOU to be used when performing a rotation or developmental assignment at an agency other than a Fellows employing agency. This form should be tailored to meet the needs of the specific assignment. PMFs should consult with their supervisor and/or Agency PMF Coordinator for assistance.  This is an Adobe (.pdf) file.
